PROPERTY MANANGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER
First National Surat Basin is looking to add to our awesome team, we are searching for a Support Officer.
The role is within our task based Property Management Team We're searching for someone who is:
- A strong and effective communicator.
- Experienced in dealing with day-to-day property management.
- Motivated to deliver excellent client outcomes and solve problems efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with a sound ability to problem solve and think for themselves.
Previous Property Management or Real Estate experience is preferred not essential along with the following:
- Willing to get current Real Estate Registration
- Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to conduct thorough routines, entry condition reports, vacate inspections.
- Proficient in general administration tasks (day to day office and computer work)
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Be professional and willing to work in a team environment

The role is fulltime 8:30 am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning.
