Around 8-10 weeks prior to taking possession of my investment property I began to look for an agent to manage the property. I emailed Surat Basin Real Estate and another prominent real estate agency seeking a market update, rental potential etc. I got a prompt response and a friendly email with lots of information and a realistic picture of the market from Pam Moloney and no response from the other agency.
