Commencing in the industry in 1989, Pam has received many accolades for her commitment and excellence within property management including Property Manager of the year (1993) for Ray White and finalist for REIQ Property Manager of the Year (1994).
With over 10 years experience as a certified property management trainer for the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), her wealth of knowledge on all facets of property management is extensive.
Pam is passionate about property management and her commitment is to provide a personal and professional service that landlords and tenants both need and deserve. Her streamlined systems and communication expertise ensures peace of mind throughout the duration of the relationship.
The combination of Pam’s experience and commitment to the industry and personally investing in residential properties over the years ensures a great understanding of what really matters.

Warren Barker - General Sales Manager
Surat Basin Real Estate are pleased to announce the appointment of Warren Barker to the role of General Sales Manager.
As a local resident for 46 years, well known local identity and local Real Estate Agent for over 20 years with a strong rural background there isn't much that Warren doesn't know about Chinchilla its surrounding areas and real estate in general.
Warren possesses an excellent sales record and is a skilled negotiator. His real estate experience extends to commercial, rural, residential sectors and in clearing sales. His strength is still his enthusiasm and passion for people. Whilst a specialist in rural sales Warren also excels in residential sales.
As a member of the community, Warren is a life member of Chinchilla Swimming Club and Apex Club and a member of Rotary Club and Polocrosse Club. Warren's passion and experience will ensure a smooth sale process for vendors and purchasers. Warren commenced with Surat Basin Real Estate in May 2011 and is enjoying the challenge of his new role.

After moving to Chinchilla with her husband in 2004, Vicki commenced her career in the real estate industry, completing a traineeship and then continuing on as a Property Manager. She then accepted a position in the mining industry in an administrative role, but the lure of the property industry has enticed her back.
One of Vicki Kern's many assets is her strong background in office administration, having spent 10 years in the banking industry and then as personal assistant to a State Manager in the IT field.
A real "people person", Vicki enjoys exceeding expectations with her client and customer service and will always go the extra mile to get the job done. Her bubbly personality and sense of fair play will assist her greatly in her new and challenging role.

Bruce Holmes - Commercial & Industrial Sales Manager
Surat Basin Real Estate are proud to welcome Bruce Holmes to the team. Bruce has been in the newly created role of Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager since the beginning of May 2011. Bruce will be the first agent in the area specialising in commercial and industrial real estate.
Regularly featuring in the top 10 agents in Queensland for a large franchise agency, Bruce is extremely excited about the opportunities and growth in Chinchilla and surrounding areas.
Bruce is born and bred Queenslander with over 25 years general business experience in Cairns.
In 2002, Bruce became a licensed Real Estate Agent initially working in residential sales. Since the opportunity arose in 2003, Bruce has specialised in commercial and industrial real estate. Also a licensed Auctioneer, Bruce focuses on building client relationships. His clients are regularly updated regarding commercial and industrial real estate. This sharing of expertise provides a constant source of business to the benefit of all parties.
Working is sales, leasing and property management has enabled Bruce to develop a deep understanding of all sectors of the market. Many owners can attest to his knowledge and refer business to him time after time.
